Very nice people who over-promise and under deliver. Not good. We made an appointment. Why? They did nothing on our appointed time other then check in the truck. I expected them to read the truck regar Not good. We made an appointment. Why? They did nothing on our appointed time other then check in the truck. I expected them to read the truck regarding the check engine light. They didn't. Again, why an appointment if they were not going to at least give us a diagnostics? They only checked in our GMC truck and then we didn't hear from them for 2 days. We had to call, Also we were going to be charged $120.00 just to get the diagnostics. To be fair that was credited to the repair, but we expected the diagnostics to have been done AT OUR APPOINTMENT!. We were not kept informed, the truck was not done when promised and communication was terrible. The price seemed very high. The Truck seems to be running well but again the delays were too long, despite being told it was 7 hours worth of work and all parts were in stock and 7 days later we have our truck back. I think the work done was good but again the price was very high and the communication was terrible and it should have not taken as long as it did and we should have had more information when we left the truck at our scheduled appointment. More
