Overall, a solid choice for maintenance. We have only needed regular maintenance for our vehicle, but our experience was not unpleasant. I had specific requests, and things were handled perfectly. I docked stars for minor inconveniences. No one greets you upon arrival. I could understand it if they were overly crowded, or didn't notice you, but these were not the case. Essentially, you have to be quick enough to seek someone out for service needs. Upon completion, we were not notified. Luckily, we had driven back by just to see if it would be much longer, then discovered our vehicle was done. Trying to pick up our vehicle was the most complicated of our experience. No one would acknowledge us. (Multiple people standing behind the desks, and numerous others came & went as we waited) When I decided to just interrupt someone from their personal conversation to inquire if I should be waiting somewhere else, I was finally helped... Once they could finally find our keys/paperwork. At the cashiers desk, our coupon had not been applied. They lady wasn't rude about it, but moreso acted as if we were an inconvenience. After asking a few different times about the discrepancy in the amount, it was rectified. Yes, I will likely return at some point. It is the only dealership in Aiken. May try for Columbia next time though, just to compare our customer service experience. Most everyone here is helpful and polite -- once you can finally get their attention. More
