What a wonderfully knowledgable, polite, friendly, and easy-going sales associate. Honestly, I'd only planned to test drive and continue my search, but his professionalism was a deal clincher. He gave me a no-haggle price, for the truck and my vehicle trade in. I went home, researched, and verified that it was indeed an excellent deal. Called him back, and picked up my truck 24 hrs later. The process took about an hour upon my return. Most of that time was George teaching me about all of the truck's features. I would highly recommend Master if you are in the market for a Chevy or a Cadillac. Ask for George. More

Beware! On Apr. 5 I had an appointment to take my car in because of an issue with my fuel tank. This was the second time I've taken it into this dealership f On Apr. 5 I had an appointment to take my car in because of an issue with my fuel tank. This was the second time I've taken it into this dealership for the same issue. I had contacted GM Headquarters regarding this issue. They had frequent contact with the service manager Vaughn so he was well aware of my issue. When I arrived I was told to wait for Vaughn to talk to me. He came into the waiting area where I was waiting and proceeded to ask me what the issue was with my car. I explained to him and reminded him that I was promised a loaner because they needed to keep my car until it was fixed properly and not a safety issue due to gasoline spurring out on my clothes. His response to me was "well I don't have a loaner." I said well someone should have called and informed me before I drove here. His response was "well if I don't have a car I can't make one". Really??? You think you can talk down to me in front of a room full of customers? I asked for my keys and left. Never again will I step foot in Masters Chevrolet Cadillac. You will not disrespect me! More

We told him that we were test driving different models in order to choose which model we wanted to buy. We first drove a used truck then went with the salesman to look at some new trucks for comparison. We looked at a few and decided that we would like to test drive a new Chevy Colorado. The salesman then told us that unless we we're buying today, we could not test drive any new vehicles! This is no way to treat a perspective buyer! I will never visit Master Chevrolet in Aiken, SC again! More
