Was very happy with the buying experience UNTIL I signed the last paper. I was then told I could t take the vehicle home due to it needing an emissions update. This vehicle should have never even been on the lot to be sold. This event has turned my experience from a high 8 Into a low 2. At first I regretted giving a sales person my name. They have a reputation of being persistent with calling. But I had reached a point when I knew I needed to look for a car and buying local and domestic me have a reputation of being persistent with calling. I feel like the store as a whole has a good community standing and they’ll do what they can to treat me how they’d want to be treated. This was the first time I bought a car with out anyone with me. I felt like Justin and Tyler were sincere and honest. And the anxiety of finding what I needed and wanted in a vehicle including the price was nonexistent. Best car buying experience ever.
