Had my vehicle towed into the dealership, I then followed and spoke to the service representative. The service representative was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I then explained the issue with my vehicle , the representative took my information and stated that they would contact me as soon as they had a chance to look at my vehicle. After a short period of time I received a call from them advising me of there findings and the cost for the repairs. They we’re very efficient and professional with determining the issues with my vehicle and how to repair it. More

My situation could have been avoided by better communication,what matters is after that breakdown it was made RIGHT by me! That goes a long way with people.
