Poor customer service Called to make an appointment for an oil change, customer service representative stated they could do that but are only open until five pm Monday thro Called to make an appointment for an oil change, customer service representative stated they could do that but are only open until five pm Monday through Friday, not sure exceptions. I took a minute to think and he yelled into the phone, Hello???!?? After just a few seconds. No empathy and no help for someone that works full time. More
