Very knowledgeable and friendly I previously purchased a car from Family and the experience wasn’t as smooth as this time around. Unprofessional Service. Went to get a Chrysler and the signed the buyer's order and the manager signed it as well. Took it to my bank to get the check sent over which would t Went to get a Chrysler and the signed the buyer's order and the manager signed it as well. Took it to my bank to get the check sent over which would take 24-48 hours. The next day it was sold. Not sure how that even happened but there should have been procedures in place and I should have been notified that the car could have been sold even though we signed an agreement. Never recommending anyone here. More

We were getting out of our lease early and had to be at a certain number for our payment. At first it wasn't there and then Dave the sales manager waved his magic wand and a day later we had a brand new 2019 Cherokee.
