First impressions are important. You had two chances to earn my business, and squandered them. Please undestand, I'm not looking for instant gratification, just guidance from a business on how to navigate through their process. Retail/service establishments that excell, do so by managing expectations in a timely manner. I was able to get an answer at, another dealership in less time than it took me to write the review.
