She was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer. Shakeerah personally walked me over to my service advisor, Brian, who was equally professional, courteous, and accommodating. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and pleasant. I truly appreciate the level of customer care, the genuine smiles, and the attention to detail they showed throughout my visit. To top it all off, they surprised me with a complimentary car wash before I left! And if it's the alternator it's not covered which is $1,000 I can't I don't have that kind of money and they won't even honor like helping me out so don't buy anything here More

The worst experience ever! I went there for a leak from my sunroof amd they left my vehicle out in the pouring rain causing the interior to be soaked from the leak telling me t I went there for a leak from my sunroof amd they left my vehicle out in the pouring rain causing the interior to be soaked from the leak telling me that I will need to get it detailed. The manager was "not in" and the assistant manager was worthless. No one called the next day as promised and they tried to dry my car out but I arrived earlier than they expected catching them in the act if trying to dry it out. They would not admit thry left it out. How else wiuld a car that arrived dry, leave wet on the inside??!! More
