He was very helpful and professional in dealing with us. They gave us a fair amount for our Jeep Wrangler, but it was $800 less than a place down the road offered us. Kim, the manager, wasn't very nice to deal with regarding this. The only other thing that wasn't perfect is they initially offered to detail the vehicle, but Kim, the manager, withdrew that offer because "we gave you such a good deal." I'm not sure what that means because they didn't come off the price of the Grand Cherokee and gave us the KBB trade in value for our Wrangler. Despite those two issues, Terry made it a great experience overall, and we will consider buying from Salsbury's again in the future. More

Just a complete joyful experience! I can’t explain it. But from the very beginning. Just by chance I stopped at Salisbury to get a look at their vehicles while passing through. From that moment until now, nothing but respect for the people there. They “all” have been a privilege to speak to each and every time. The way they treat you is top notch! Also, the service has been great, only 1 follow up visit so far due to recall and minor issues, but treated 1st class. Love the new facility. Can’t hardly wait to have to buy another vehicle, lol. Everything about my visit was great process was easy. I walked in close to closing time. And told them what I was interested in and what I was trading in. Van was miss firing they fixed it !! I would have given them a 5 star but I just felt that I had over paid for what I got done .. They had to diagnose what was wrong and it proved to be sparkplugs and coils ...pretty elementary stuff but the final price was high and I felt like I wAS paying for someone to learn how to diagnose this problem .. I felt like an educated tech should recognize when sparkplugs are bad.. I mean we changed those in highschool.. My van is 10 years old and they have kept it running and my wife is happy .so I will be back More

System still wouldn’t work forcing us to drive two hours back another day with the gas tank on empty. After coming back they wouldn’t even fill the tank all the way for our trouble. Absolutely the worst dealership experience I’ve had in my life. 0 rating across the board. More
