Was a after thought after sale ... Had a good experience when I bought the jeep but while purchasing it they broke gas cap surrounding but don’t worry we’ll replace it . I live 1 1/2 hours from dealer so went back to get plate and get the part they promised ( that I already changed on my own dime ) they then informed me they were using the warranty to replace it so I needed the old one . Then I tried to have the service department to look at the door seal which is coming off the door they wouldn’t even look at it had to make an appointment even though I live over an hour away the reason I didn’t buy local was the dealer doesn’t have good reputation maybe it’s a mopar thing . So I left no part replacement or seal looked at guess I’m forced to go loacal hopefully they help . It’s always nice to be important until the days after you buy . More

Rocky start, to an overall pleasant experience. I needed to get an oil change on my Chrysler, and was looking for a new dealership to take it to. We previously only dealt with Allstar in Denham, but I needed to get an oil change on my Chrysler, and was looking for a new dealership to take it to. We previously only dealt with Allstar in Denham, but our service writer recently left for another dealership that wasn't Dodge/Jeep. We tried a different service writer there but the experience left us looking for a new place. I had called the day prior, to try to make an appointment, but I couldn't reach a service writer. Browsing the website, I saw it had a link to make an appointment online, which was awesome! I did so for 9am the next morning, to avoid morning rush hour. Arriving there, I was told that the service department did not take appointments, and operated on a first come, first serve system. It was a rocky start to say the least. After the revelation however, things went nicely. Mr. Crowder was very pleasant, and took care of my oil change and tire rotation. The wait wasn't too long, considering I didn't have an appointment after all. The waiting area is nice, and comfortable. The staff was all nice to talk to. I think perhaps we have found our new place. We will soon bring in my wifes Grand Cherokee. We will also start our search here when we shop for my wife's next Jeep as she has decided she wants to upgrade her Grand Cherokee Limited, to a Summit. More
