Great Until the Delivery Process The buying experience was flawless all the way up to the day I picked up my truck. Things were great until I noticed that the center console would not The buying experience was flawless all the way up to the day I picked up my truck. Things were great until I noticed that the center console would not open (the latch would not release to open the console). After bringing it to my salesman’s, Brian, attention, his instant response was “there’s nothing we can do about it. We can’t make a used vehicle new.” I was not pleased at all by this response and sharp change of tone. I understand it is used and somethings will cost too much to be fixed, but we’re talking about a storage space that is used daily. At least try to keep your happy customer happy. He also stated that it would cost too much to fix it without even letting service investigate the problem and that it can’t be opened without breaking the latch. After (me) standing firm on something needing to be done, or at least an attempt to try to possibly correct the issue, the salesman took the truck to service. Within a few minutes he came back and service had gotten the console open without breaking anything. At this point I was really upset because if he had not lead with “nothing can be done” and at least tried to see if service can take a look at it I would still be pleased with my buying experience, even tho the interior was not cleaned as well as it should have been. After showing me service got it open he proceeded to tell me that the latch would cost $600 to replace because you have to change the whole console. I’m no fool. I saw the 3 screws right then and there and knew that the latch was not molded to the whole console top and could quickly be taken off. Within seconds I pulled out my phone and found the OEM latch online for $30!!! The last thing the salesman told me as we shook hands was I was a smart young man and I’ll figure it out. This is not anything you should tell a displeased customer that knows you just dropped a bunch of lies. Customer service is a big deal to me. This morning it took me less than a minute to unbolt the broken latch and I’m ordering the new latch. This situation could have been easily avoided. More

I felt that i was getting an honest deal eventhough i was taking a large hit on a new vehicle that i had just purchased 13 months earlier. CPO vehicle was worth the additional cost. It is important to mention that this is the FIRST Ram vehicle i have ever owned. I have previously owned ove 10 Fords including 3 F250s. So it will be a test to quality and service in the future More

A positive dealer experience Dealership service departments don’t always get the best reviews, so since I had a positive experience with Salsbury I thought I should put it out the Dealership service departments don’t always get the best reviews, so since I had a positive experience with Salsbury I thought I should put it out there. Dropped off my 2014 Ram 1500 for recalls and a list of nagging problems such as a “service airbags” light, seatbelt alarm when seatbelt is engaged, ESC error light, and a cruise control that worked sometimes and not others. They completed the recalls and fixed my list in one day and I spent $150. Very happy with the whole experience. More
