Poor service and outrageous cost First of all the service writer told us that our tire rotation was free, then when our vehicle was ready after the oil change and tire rotation, we we First of all the service writer told us that our tire rotation was free, then when our vehicle was ready after the oil change and tire rotation, we were charged $98. when we told the cashier what the service writer told us, they told us there was nothing they could do and that the employee that we needed had left for the weekend. Second, they did not reset our computer for the oil change. We will never go to Salsbury Dodge again and certainly not recommend them. More
