Was the best experience I have ever had with a dealer I was on vacation and my cars clutch went out and they were able help me into a brand new 2019 ram truck, take the car off my hands and get it so I wa I was on vacation and my cars clutch went out and they were able help me into a brand new 2019 ram truck, take the car off my hands and get it so I was no longer upside down in a vehicle loan. I cant thank the salesmen Joe Willams and Victor Adewuyi enough for making it all possible and the finance department for working with me, not playing any games ,just being up front and getting me out of a bad situation. It took a while to get it all done since I was from out of state but they still managed to get all the paperwork, taxes and everything else I needed ready to get back home. I will be traveling back to Salsbury Dodge for another brand new truck next time I need one. More

First visit to the dealership We received an email from Kenny as a result of an online USAA inquiry. We visited him the next day and looked at all of the Grand Cherokee Summits th We received an email from Kenny as a result of an online USAA inquiry. We visited him the next day and looked at all of the Grand Cherokee Summits that were in stock. We liked the red one on the showroom floor and asked Kenny if he would take it out into the sunlight so we could see it. He did so without any hesitation. We drove it and ended up purchasing the red Summit that was on the showroom floor. Prior to leaving with the vehicle, we noticed two items that needed replacement. Kenny noted the items on the delivery ticket. There was no hesitation to replacing the damaged items he just ordered them. We arrived at the dealership around 9:30 and the transaction was completed in less than 2 hours; no hassle, no pressure, no hidden charges, and a very enjoyable experience. We will gladly recommend Kenny and Salsbury's to our friends and business associates.
