Everything was up front. The price quoted with incentives/rebates, was discussed and a purchase agreement was sent to me via email. I drove down from Memphis, arrived at 9:30A.M., and Gus met me, and the rest was all A+++. Signed all the papers, inspected the car, and Gus went over the car with me, answering questions as we went along understanding what this car can do. I was impressed. The only complaint that I do have is that the gas tank was only HALF FULL. I asked why the tank wasn't full on a new purchase, and I was told that the dealership only fills the tank to a certain amount. Kind of odd seeing that I just purchased a $40,000 + car. More

(just because it was closer to our house) and once I gave them the VIN number, they told me they were backed up in the service dept. to call back in 60 to 90 days. Very evident they didn't want to help out. Sad!! More
