Don't by a Jeep (Stays in repair shop) Don't buy a jeep....we have multiple problems with our jeeps. Also, forget about making an appointment at Salsbury's service department. Appointments are useless.... they will still get to your vehicle whenever they can. I had an 8:00 oclock appointment and didn't get looked at till after noon. They need better customer service. More

2017 Pacifica Service 8/15/18 I had to wait 15 minutes while the service team located the socket I gave them to rotate the tires. They had left it on the console and it rolled and I had to wait 15 minutes while the service team located the socket I gave them to rotate the tires. They had left it on the console and it rolled and went to the back of the vehicle during their delivery to the service area for my pick up. The man who serviced the vehicle was at lunch and had to be called out to locate the socket in the van. I had been told that I could get the inspection sticker updated at the dealership but upon arrival was told that I had to take it somewhere else for that. Other than that every thing was fine. More
