so far the repair is fine BUT I brought my Jeep in for a major repair and the work (to my knowledge) was done well and timely (I just got the car back and so far the repair seems f I brought my Jeep in for a major repair and the work (to my knowledge) was done well and timely (I just got the car back and so far the repair seems fine). However, my lovely wife picked up the car after it was serviced. She was told to wait in the lobby and it would be driven over to her. The 2 men she dealt with when picking up the car basically were not friendly. It was pouring rain and instead of them parking the car for her in the HUGE covered area they made her walk in the rain to get in her car. They also doubted her that she paid for it and demanded to see her receipt. Then rudely said, "ok you good". In addition, since I paid A LOT of money for the repair they did not have the courtesy to look at the OBVIOUS BLINKING MESSAGE of low tire pressure and fill the tires up with air (the car sat for a couple of weeks and was undriveable so I wasn't aware of the low tire pressure). They may seem like little things but in my opinion they could given her the car under the covered area since it was RAINING and filled the tires with air. That's just good customer service. More
