I bought a lemon! I will never own a Ram vehicle again! In 8 months I bought my truck in 9 different times to be serviced. The cam bolt was broke on the left rear axl I will never own a Ram vehicle again! In 8 months I bought my truck in 9 different times to be serviced. The cam bolt was broke on the left rear axle when I drove it off the lot. I had to bring it back two weeks later to be fixed. It seemed like every couple hundred miles the check engine light would come on. Kenny Broussard was my salesman. After the first couple of times I bought the truck in he stopped answering my phone calls or replying to my text. Joe Miller was great when I could get him on the phone. He was a tremendous help and always took care of me. However, he is completely overloaded and needs help with all the diesel vehicles. It took an act of congress to get a loaner vehicle or a rental whenever I had to put my truck in the shop to be serviced. The last time I bought my truck into the shop I decided it would be my last trip to the service department with this truck. I drove the truck off the lot directly to All Star Chevrolet and traded it in on a 2019 Z71 Silverado. My new truck is amazing! I will never own another RAM truck and I will certainly never purchase another vehicle from Salsbury's Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM again! I will also warn everyone that I come in contact with that ask where my RAM 2500 truck is, that it was a complete piece of garbage and I will never own one again! More

$802.00 for $60 material cost and 1 hour to do myself. SAD Brought in Wrangler because of ABS warning light, (Very common for wrangler type jeeps) was told that code for rear abs sensor issue was read. It would cost $802.00 for them to replace sensors. but no guaranty that it would resolve issue. $120 to tell me what their hand held code reader said. Kicker - I paid $55 for 2 rear abs sensors and replaced them within an hour. $802.00$ - is very inconsiderate of Salsbury's Service center for such a small job. Inconsiderate is putting it nicer than they wanted to put it to me as a Customer. Should be ASHAME of charging customers $800.00$ for something that is a reoccurring issue with JEEP vehicle's in which they know how little it takes to repair. More
