Usually not a fan of dealership service, exceptions exists I don't typically bring my car to a dealership to have work done, but Allen Hyundai has been an exception to this rule. Having your car inspected EVER I don't typically bring my car to a dealership to have work done, but Allen Hyundai has been an exception to this rule. Having your car inspected EVERY time you come in instead of having to pay the ridiculous amount of money to have this or that checked every so many thousand miles is a hit for me. Service costs are always less than expected. I'm also always receiving discount coupons via mail to even offset those costs. This time I chose to wait for my service, but there have been times I've been allowed to "rent" a vehicle for a day just for an oil change. The waiting room is comfortable and provides outlets and wifi for a typically short wait. I'm happy with my Hyundai purchase and even happier with the service there. More

It started when I moved to MS and had a Hyundai bought in another state. I had "issues" with it, went to Allen Hyundai, and they treated me like family, going above and beyond! I bought my second Hyundai there, and the great service continues. I've dealt with Harlold Farmer almost every time and want to commend his wonderful customer care! I just went in for an oil change, and had questions about my phone system due to my lack of knowledge, and the service people found an expert agent "Gary" who came out to my car, sat with me, and walked me through what I needed to learn. Awesome service, as usual!!!! More
