I spoke to the guy in that department, gave him my car info, etc. I could not wait for the estimate in person, as my blades were changed so quickly. I had to leave and asked the receptionist to give him my phone number to call me with the quote. I did not receive a call for a quote on an extended warranty. That was disappointing to me. More
