We have been asking for dash panel to be replaced for over a year, and have only been told it is on back order. No further information provided. A year is too long. Your dealership has used Covid as an excuse, and I find that unacceptable. We have had more and more trouble with the 2018 qx 80. We have since traded it in for another vehicle. We intended to keep it longer, but the quality and service package was not up to par. More
