I was able to bring in my car without an appointment because of a headlight that had gone out (after 15 years). I was able to speak with the service rep who explained what each item was and the urgency of having it repaired at that moment or in subsequent visits. I was overall pleased with the service - despite the cost. Those headlights are expensive; hope it will be another 15 years before I have to replace it. :) More

My experience was wonderful . My husband and I have purchased 4 Infinities and the service department and the warranty is the reason we’ve continued to be an Infinity family. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Although it was my first time meeting him , he went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and also that I was in good hands with his previous years of experience. Gary followed up with a phone call the next day. He was patient with all my questions and was informative and reassured me by inviting me to call him anytime I had a problem or question. My usual service person was Ryan who was promoted to service manager. Congratulations to Ryan for working so hard and doing an outstanding job . He absolutely deserves this position. As busy as he was , he still took time to say hello and introduce me to Gary. More

The service team was great they got me in and out quickly. The problem was that when I purchased the vehicle they didn’t do a oil change are a tire rotation on the car.
