If I could give 0 that’s what Kristopher Rice is deserving of. We recently visited Ray Brandt Infinite on N. Causeway and was met by Dennis who was awesome in his interaction with me and my husband deserving of. We recently visited Ray Brandt Infinite on N. Causeway and was met by Dennis who was awesome in his interaction with me and my husband. The sale of the Infinite was a done deal….. paper wrk completed, and a hand shake……UNTIL we interacted with Mr. Rice. With a credit rating of 795 + we were first offered interest rate of 5%. After negotiating further ,we were then offered 4.74%. Needless to say we did not purchase the vehicle from THIS dealership. In less than 3 days, we purchased the same model vehicle at another Infiniti dealership with interest of 3.09%. I was saddened that the salesman lost the sale because of the finance manager, who represents Ray Brandt Infinite. This was a horrible experience but the truth. More
