Bill Ghrist's attitude from start to finish, as well as the GM, Fred, were terrible. They were the two most cockiest individuals I've ever met, not to mention they were off thousands of dollars for a trade the GM, Fred, were terrible. They were the two most cockiest individuals I've ever met, not to mention they were off thousands of dollars for a trade-in on a new vehicle--even according to Kelley Blue Book. After purchasing 3 new vehicles from Ray Brandt Infiniti, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Do better and then y'all may make a sale, instead of running people away. There are too many other luxury vehicles out there that are comparable to your product, if not better, so I'd cherish the business that y'all do have. More
