Your Finance person was personable, & professional walking me through all of the paperwork in a timely, informative fashion. When needed, the Service Team was there in a timely manner and he(don't remember his name) was open and honest about an issue with a damaged and potentially dangerous tire situation, which gave me great trust and confidence with the Ray Brandt dealership and the high integrity of its people and service. From there, the Service Team took over and corrected the issue/challenge, which left me leaving with a GIANT SMILE, & great sense of confidence and extreme satisfaction with my "Ray Brandt" car buying experience!
