Poor communication, no one answered or returned my calls and service never completed. Left my car overnight for a 10:30am appt returned at 3:30, due to the no answer and was told it would be another hour be and service never completed. Left my car overnight for a 10:30am appt returned at 3:30, due to the no answer and was told it would be another hour before I can be serviced. A loaner should be an option if in such cases. More
