Before my last service my experience with tfw dealership was superb! During the last service appointment my experience was lacking- no follow up on the status of repairs. -no consideration of the difficulti was superb! During the last service appointment my experience was lacking- no follow up on the status of repairs. -no consideration of the difficulties I endured over 2 weeks without vehicle - lack of explanation of repairs I just received the invoice of repairs that was unclear on why and if the service was needed or not - some of invoice implied that one repaired item needed several services to repair one issue but that wasn't the case - it seemed as though additionally services were added with no clarification or justification by the service writer More
