I was very disappointed in the service we received. Our car started with some major problems while in Houston, TX. We stopped at a local dealership and within a few hours they had the car diagnosed and was car started with some major problems while in Houston, TX. We stopped at a local dealership and within a few hours they had the car diagnosed and washed. They were great. However, the diagnosis was poor. We were basically told that one of the turbos malfunctioned and burned up all of the oil and ruined the engine. A 2yr old car now needed a new engine; sounds crazy right. Well in Houston they filled it up with oil and said drive it back to the New Orleans area. The engine already needs to be replaced; you can't do much more damage than that. Once we got home it took 2 wks just for the service department to accept the car and give us a loaner. Then it 2wks before they even looked at the car. They received approval to replace the engine and turbos and this took less than a wk. So we had a loaner for a little over 3wks. Car came back unwashed and unvacuumed; they had it 3wks. The only reason I gave then 2 stars was because they gave a loaner for 3wks. More

The Service department with David Jones, Tim Milam and Javier did their usual fantastic job. I have complete trust in them and feel they have my best interests in mind. I don't mind the Saturday wait Javier did their usual fantastic job. I have complete trust in them and feel they have my best interests in mind. I don't mind the Saturday wait but greatly miss having ESPN on the TV . The closed circuit feed watching "Ellen " reruns is boring and makes the area too sterile. Watching football on a Saturday in the waiting area created a warmer interactive atmosphere with other customers and staff. Please bring back ESPN. More

Excellent service as always! As soon as I told him what noise I was hearing, he knew exactly what it was and the problem was fixed within 5 minutes!
