Great service. I was told I could drop my vehicle off 3-4 weeks before their next available appointment and they’d work it into the schedule if they had any cancellations or breaks. Vehicle issue was diagnos weeks before their next available appointment and they’d work it into the schedule if they had any cancellations or breaks. Vehicle issue was diagnosed the same day I dropped it off and the issue was resolved within 2-3 working days and that was because they had to wait for the part. Trusted dealership. Visited previously for an issue with one of the other Infiniti’s. Turns out the issue was the lugs weren’t properly tighten when the brakes were changed by a non-Infiniti repair shop. Dealer told me what the issue was and there was no charge because technically there was nothing wrong (their words). Honesty goes a long way these days. More
