While John was great, the Infiniti process and team was atrocious. Our repairs took months. Infiniti first told us our repairs were covered by warrant and then Infiniti denied responsibility for the repair atrocious. Our repairs took months. Infiniti first told us our repairs were covered by warrant and then Infiniti denied responsibility for the repairs, stating that they were not covered by warranty. We will never buy another Infiniti vehicle, and will do everything we can to avoid the Infiniti service team in the future. I cannot overstate our disappointment and dissatisfaction with Infiniti. We have made it known to anyone who asks about our vehicle to never buy an Infiniti vehicle More

Horrible Communication! I had dropped my g35 coupe off because i lost my key fob and needed a new one on that fact i live 2 hours from this dealership and it was the closest I had dropped my g35 coupe off because i lost my key fob and needed a new one on that fact i live 2 hours from this dealership and it was the closest one to bring it to in that moment, but called the next day and a woman said it was being done and i asked will it be done in about 2 hours she said yes shouldn’t take that long and it would be ready but i get there and the key was not even at the office nor had my car been touched so i had to drive 2 hours back home without my car from there mistake! I even asked for a discount for the mistake on communication on there end and they said yes and still had no discount! other than that they were all professional people but 0 knowledge in communication with there customers… More
