I was a walkin (no appointment) to respond to maintenance lights Oil/filter and Tire rotation. My car was repaired in just a few hours, including several additional maintenance items found by the service tec lights Oil/filter and Tire rotation. The Service Team, especially Tim was very professional, courteous and attentive to my needs. Tim discussed the required services that were due for this visit..Everything was completed in a timely manner. courteous and attentive to my needs. Tim discussed the required services that were due for this visit..Everything was completed in a timely manner. Every visit I've had at the Ray Brandt Infiniti Service Department has been Outstanding. The only complaint I have, thats not an issue with the service representative or the team is the parts and labor is WAY OVER-PRICED....A air filter on Infiniti' s site cost $27 and the dealership charged $55 plus $50 to have it put in... I don't have a problem paying for what needs to be done, but just be reasonable.. Many people who may not have someone to do small simple jobs really are paying for so much more... I guess , maybe it could be because there is no competition in the area.. More
