Had an oil change done with a tire rotation. Every thing went well until I was driving home from the cabin a few weeks later and got a flat tire. I then had to change the flat in on a sunny, 9 Every thing went well until I was driving home from the cabin a few weeks later and got a flat tire. I then had to change the flat in on a sunny, 90+ degree heat day with a crying toddler. It turns out that the dealer ship over filled my tires by 16 PSI which caused my valve stem to leak. Don't get your vehicle serviced here. If they cant even fill your tires to the correct PSI, they are not capable of doing anything correctly. More

AFTER GIVING YOU 20 PLUS YEARS OF PRETTY MUCH EXCLUSIVE BUSINESS FOR VEHICLES, TIRES, OIL CHANGES, WARRANTY WORK AND OTHER SERVICES, YOUR “HEAD LADY” LIED TO ME, ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO EVEN SPEAK WITH A TECHNICIAN, AND WAS DOWNRIGHT AS RUDE AS ANYONE IVE EVER SPOKE WITH. ALL I NEEDED TO KNOW WAS IF IT WAS SAFE TO DRIVE UNTIL I COULD MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, or IF I NEEDED TO ARRANGE FOR OTHER TRANSPORTATION. Further contact will result in legal action, I ASSURE YOU. Service department very petty! They didn’t want to do a warranty install on our 3500 ltz and did a horrible install and left intentional grinding on top of our 9000 v plow. Don’t buy from them or take your vehicle to get work done if you value your vehicle! I don’t believe certified mechanics worked on it! Had to have it fixed after they worked on it. Horrible! More
