My reason for the single star is that (and this is my own fault as well, as I NEVER allow the dealer to do ANYTHING I ca It was a recall appointment. My reason for the single star is that (and this is my own fault as well, as I NEVER allow the dealer to do ANYTHING I can, for this very reason). They told me my Engine Air filter was very dirty, so I went ahead and gave permission to change it (like a 5 minute job and a $23 filter). I know the price because I looked up the EXACT filter at Autozone. THey charged me $97 to change an air filter! This is a $23 dollar filter and a 5 minutes job. HOW this correlates to a $59 charge for the air filter and $30 in labor beats me. BUT, as I said, this is just as much my fault because I know better and I did not ask how much it would be. This mistake WON'T EVER happen again. More
