Should you be lucky enough to get a salesman (usually after a 30-45 minute wait - so much fun with kids!), most of the people they hire have the "dealership mill" mentality - get 'em in, sign 'em up, get 'em out. I've never been handled like such a piece of meat - but then again, I guess that's what makes them "huge." On the up side, their prices are terrific. More
