Excellent I was requested last month to return for a check on my car. I came in gave Morgan my keys. I went to the showroom area, sat down and about five minu I was requested last month to return for a check on my car. I came in gave Morgan my keys. I went to the showroom area, sat down and about five minute later Morgan returned with my keys. She explained what was checked and ask me to return in another month for further examination of my car, signed a acknowledgment of what was being done and said thank you, good night, see you in a month! :) More

My 2019 Sonata Sport with only 4800 miles in 7 mon Showed for a 2:30 appointment at 2:15 told them that left rear pressure light came on that morning. My 2019 Sonata Sport with only 4800 miles in 7 months sat for 5 days due to a medical condition so I thought it was from not driving they found a bolt in the tire. Asked if I should get a new tire they recommend a plug from inside the tire with a lifetime warranty for $39.95 vs $150 for a new tire. Car was ready by 3:00pm. Very impressed with the team here. More

Awesome! First of all, I have never used a dealership where every single employee goes out of their way to help you in every way possible. I'll start with Morg First of all, I have never used a dealership where every single employee goes out of their way to help you in every way possible. I'll start with Morgan. I care for my mum who is 95 and has Alzheimers so I have to take her with me wherever I go. I was struggling with my mum's wheelchair and Morgan came racing out, and fixed everything. She was amazing and so kind. Then the people that serviced my vehicle - I don't know who they were but they did a brilliant job. I thought both front and rear brakes would have to be replaced but they let me know it was just the front. I have never had my car serviced where they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. That was super impressive. My mum is on medication that must be taken with a meal and since a lot was being done to my car, I asked if I could walk to someplace to get her something. The manager wouldn't hear of it. He had this guy Brandon drive me. And Brandon was super nice. There was a woman at the dealership, Crystal, who used to be an aide and gave me some great advice about lifting my mum so I wouldn't injure myself. And then, when we were leaving, I was pushing my mum to the car and this guy Malik came racing across the parking lot to offer to put the wheelchair in the trunk for me! Seriously, where do find employees like this? I will never, ever go to another dealership. I am a customer for life. PS I am not on Facebook. More
