My dealings with Cole were great Cole is a great asset. However the salesman Justin Blunt lied about the warrantee and told us that the vehicle was certified pre-owned and there was a warrantee up to 10000 However the salesman Justin Blunt lied about the warrantee and told us that the vehicle was certified pre-owned and there was a warrantee up to 100000 miles. There was no such warrantee and the vehicle was not certified pre-owned. This was a very misleading tactic by this particular sales associate I will never deal with this associate in the future. More

I was a walk in at 830 am. They told me they were short handed but would squeeze me in so I waited. At 115 pm. They took my car in but said we can not do the oil change beca They told me they were short handed but would squeeze me in so I waited. At 115 pm. They took my car in but said we can not do the oil change because parts was closed. I asked why since my car was there since 830 you could not have my filter to do a oil change and they only reported parts closed at once. And then he added we stare late to service you vehicle. Well I guess your not going to service it since you have no filter because you failed to look ahead but a little bit. This was a total waste of my entire morning and nothing was accomplished. This was such a poor service and I never have a intention of returning to Mathew’s again. More
