The service department went above and beyond on servicing a vehicle for a customer who lives out of state! I wanted a simple oil change and forgot about the emissions campaign for my Carnival. I was shocke a vehicle for a customer who lives out of state! I wanted a simple oil change and forgot about the emissions campaign for my Carnival. I was shocked when John came up to me and told me they had time to do it so they did! Very unexpected. They also washed the car too which is something the dealer I use in New Hampshire doesn't do.
