I want to say the service manager Sheena, reached out & offered to look at it for free. When they saw how bad it was, shouldn't be driven, she said they would fix the problem. They even gave me a rental to use. Turns out the fan wires were bad but Matthews Kia stepped up and made it right. That was the 2nd vehicle we purchased from them recently and will make them the only place we go from now on. They cont to follow up after to make sure it was working.fine. integrity is so important, esp with a large purchase and they showed a lot of it. A big Thank You and we will be back for our next vehicle and will certainly tell our friends.
