Came in for 8000 mile first service and software update. Was told it would take less than an hour, so I decided to wait. After 2.5 hrs in the waiting room (no snacks) and no contact from service I finally w Was told it would take less than an hour, so I decided to wait. After 2.5 hrs in the waiting room (no snacks) and no contact from service I finally went back out to the service desk only to find everyone at lunch. Was able to get a hold of the service rep eventually and they got the car finished within 20 min after that. But no-one came to let me know things would take longer, no offer to drop me off at work or anything. Just left me hanging. The 8000 mile service was not done, only tires were rotated. The intake person commented twice on how dirty my car was on the outside (it's a farm vehicle and it's mud/sleet outside). Completely uncalled for. They do wash the car after every visit so that's nice. More

I didn't have an appointment and wasn't scheduled an appointment for my oil change and inspection I dropped my car off at 1230 was told the techs was on lunch I said no problem Brent said my car would b appointment for my oil change and inspection I dropped my car off at 1230 was told the techs was on lunch I said no problem Brent said my car would be ready at 3:30 I showed up at 3:15 a little bit early and still had to wait in the waiting room for over 30 more minutes More
