My battery went on my Niro and Roadside Assistance towed it over to Matthews in Greece on Thursday. I had to pick it up on Friday and we had a snowstorm. I just got there at 5:40 because of the traffic. M it over to Matthews in Greece on Thursday. I had to pick it up on Friday and we had a snowstorm. I just got there at 5:40 because of the traffic. My car was in the lot and covered with snow and one of men came out with a brush but no scaper. He couldn't help me. I had a scaper and because they washed the car after the service and put it outside--it was frozen!! It took a long time to scrape all the windows and then the snow was accumulating. I was able to go home but I want to say the car is fixed but I was a little disappointed in the treatment after. Dorschell used to wash my car and plug it in for charging. More
