I love coming in to Kia Matthews of Greece for service. I feel like they value me as a customer and I don't mind needing a service appointment when I'm there. Inspection and tire rotation hour and a half wait with appointment. I came in for a recall notice I received in the mail. When I got there I was told the recall didn't affect my care because I didn't have a trailer hitch.
