Continually encounter service screw ups, damages to car interior upon return, or work not preformed properly. To the point of this occurring so much that notes are added to the comment sections of scheduli interior upon return, or work not preformed properly. The very last visit I was in for, upon walking in the door I was harassed about “looking mad” and that I appeared as though I was “on a mission” and “upset looking” by Brent. Told him no, just here to check in for an appointment..?. He then proceeded to say you’re always mad when you come here. I ignored his harassing remarks and checked my car in. Please note that the visit I had before this I had to come back in and have them rotate my tires because they didn’t. When presenting this info they asked me “how do you know” and I said “I have the tires marked because you guys have screwed up not rotating tires twice before this visit already…. Here I am again in the same situation”. The technician then stated “he would like me to show him how they’re marked because he rotated them”. As we were walking to the car I explained how they’re were marked and sure enough they were still in the same place. We proceeded to go back and forth a little still. Not sure why everything has to be to a level of arguing or harassment by the staff here but I’m fed up with the treatment and services rendered at this location. There’s so many other situations I have documented and can report on but the care this place doesn’t have shows. In 12 years, this is my 4th brand new car purchased, and I’ve never regretted my business being done with a place, as much as I have for Kia Matthews of Greece. More
