Charlie was very professional and was wonderful in helping me choose a car without being pushy. However, Charlie had to leave and set me up with a newer coworker who was not nearly as helpful. While he was friendly at times, I found his to be very patronizing. For example, he thought it was necessary to quiz me on the simple operations of my new car, such as ‘what is this called’ referencing the parking break, or ‘do you know what cruise control does’. I found this behavior very irritating, given that I am a grown woman who has been driving for long enough to know these things, along with the fact that I was late for a meeting because I was told it would be another 30 mins and it took 2 hours to finish up with the second gentleman. I do not recall his name, but he obviously needs some more training before working with customers on his own. More
