I attempted several times to schedule by text per their website stating it’s the preferred method, no response. I called several times to schedule and the phone would just ring. The communication with the repair shop was vague or non responsive. The customer service rep appeared annoyed when I would inquire about my cars repair. Truly disappointing! More
