I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, AC check, USB issue, and a rear clunking noise. I chose to wait while the work was going to be performed. After about 4 hours of waiting, I was told tha check, USB issue, and a rear clunking noise. I chose to wait while the work was going to be performed. After about 4 hours of waiting, I was told that the work had not been started and that they would need time to order the parts. I explained that I live 3 hours away and that was why I had chosen to wait, and that I was starting a new job in a couple of days and wouldn’t be able to get back on a week day (the work needed to be done by a more advanced mechanic, they only really do oil changes and tire rotations on Saturday). I was given a courtesy car and told that I should be able to get my car the following Saturday. I called Friday afternoon to see if my car would be ready for the following day and was told that the work was not yet completed, it would not be done by the next day. The following week I had a message that some unknown event had occurred and that my car would not start because my engine had seized. Again, my car was not ready and the engine might need to be replaced. Fast forward two weeks when I was able to get my car. My engine had to be replaced (I did NOT have any issues with my engine prior to this and the dealership had my car and was driving it for 2 weeks before the incident with my engine). Not being super familiar with cars and their issues I googled the cause and found that a seized engine is generally caused by an issue with an oil change. I also read that if the engine has to be replaced that it has to be reported on carfax and will always negatively impact the value of the vehicle. On top of all of that, I was charged $283.15 for the tire rotation and oil change which probably caused the damage in the first place. More

The absolute worst dealership I have ever experienced. Service is dishonest, at best. They are difficult to work with. The people who handle the warranties there are even worse.
