Worse parts & service department. After 5 times scheduling appts they COULDN'T INSTALL THE ANTI-THEFT PROTECTION in my mom's Kia Sedona. Still waiting for a call back from Joe or Brad After 5 times scheduling appts they COULDN'T INSTALL THE ANTI-THEFT PROTECTION in my mom's Kia Sedona. Still waiting for a call back from Joe or Bradley to solve this issue. Mom ended with a pacemaker on Oct 16 23 because the bad time she have at the dealer & how she was treated making a fool of her saying that it was installed when it wasn't. Be carefull customers this could happen to anyone. More

Dropped off my car at 10:30 am to have the trim around my rear window repaired. 6 hrs later I received a call telling me that they have to order the part and will call me when it comes in.
