I wish I could give it a 1/2 Star. Had appointment at 10:00am to have oil changed. Waited for car and service individual found me in waiting in. Display Room and was asked to have all four tires replaced when inspection report showed ok. There is only 24487 miles on car. One tire was replaced at 12,000 miles but now needs to be replaced again. I handed pricing for tires back to service individual and said no. At 11:00 I was told car ready and to cash out. I go out to service bay where car is suppose to be with keys inside car. THERE was NO CAR. When asked where car or keys were no one knew. They tried to give me a 2022 silver KIA soul. Mine is black. It took 15 minutes to locate my car STILL in service bay with technician no where in sight with keys in car. When I was told they said they were waiting for the car wash. I requested my car immediately. Two hours later I had my car. I will NEVER return to Matthews any dealership ever. More

After having my car for 3 weeks you "highly trained technicians could not diagnose the problem I had to pick the car and live with the problem, I may take it to a different dealer but certainly not thi technicians could not diagnose the problem I had to pick the car and live with the problem, I may take it to a different dealer but certainly not this one More

Nice clean dealership got us in early when we had a problem with our car. Hopefully the reset took care of the problem but I had a contact to salesperson to find out what was wrong with it and what the problem with our car. The team is great but the fact that I don’t get a loaner for repairs on my BRAND new car repairs … not good. They give you an Uber and you’re stuck doing nothing. Not good customer service imo.
