On September 18th 2023 I brought my 2014 Kia Optima SXL Turbo in for a minor service. I had a great experience, service was pleasant and I got my car back in a reasonable, timely manner. Bradley was professional and helpful and he does go out of his way to give you his best service. However, I’ve had a few hiccups after I had my new engine replaced (a recall) and it was a bit frustrating and inconsistent for me, but Bradley always tries his best to make things right. I’ve always loved my car from the day I bought it from them and I always took very good care of it all 9 years…it’s just too bad Kia’s engine failed me with this car. Hopefully, I will get another 91,000 miles on this newly installed engine!! Thank you Guys @ Matthew Kia for all you great service!!! 👍🏻
