The salesman Andre was very pleasant, professional, and helpful. The Finance Manager (don’t remember his name) was also very nice to work with. The Sales Manager (I think his name was Harold or Howard) was a different story. He was rude, sarcastic, and condescending. We went to Fucillo with a particular price point in mind, and knew we were being aggressive. We negotiated a fair price, higher than what we wanted to pay, but we realized that we were getting more bells and whistles than we originally planned to. We were fine with that. We did not expect that our original price would be met, but that’s what negotiations are all about. When we were presented what turned out to be the final offer, I asked if my wife and I could have some privacy to discuss the offer. The sales manager said “Well I have been kicked out of a lot of places, but never my own showroom!”. Very unnecessary comment! I was ready to walk out and go to Destination Kia where maybe we couldn’t have gotten as good of a deal, but at least they are courteous. My wife talked me out of leaving. His rudeness really needs to be addressed! More
I filled out the online deal maker according to my trade. I called to verify that everything I input looked accurate. They confirmed. He came over with some sarcasm like I was bothering him for buying a car. His response to when I questioned the trade value. “It needs tires”. I agreed it needed tires. I let him know even with tires the number was still far too low. I gave him examples and proof to which I’m savvy with the car market. He looked at me with his smug face and didn’t care. I left and instantly made a deal with destination Kia. 50$ Less per month. Same car, package, miles, etc. Moral of the story- Do your research and be sharp on your game or they will pull one over on you. They lost a sale that sale and any potential sales in the future. I don’t recommend. More
