Just spent 4 hours going back and fourth to the Schenectady dealership as I saw a Kia Telluride on their web site I wanted. I had them look at my trade in and gave me a fair number then had the sal Schenectady dealership as I saw a Kia Telluride on their web site I wanted. I had them look at my trade in and gave me a fair number then had the sales rep tell me that there is a $7,500 marketing fee added on to the price as Tellurides are popular. I got up and sales manager went put the side door. I have bought 8 Sorrento's and 1 Optima. No where on the web site does it mention this added fee. I will never buy anything from a Fuccillo dealership and plan on reporting these deceptive sales practices to the national Kia corporate office. More

Stopped at the dealership on Wednesday with my brother-in-law from Florida just to take a look see what you had in the line of SUVs and or vans. Greeted/met rep Woody and we were impressed by the brother-in-law from Florida just to take a look see what you had in the line of SUVs and or vans. Greeted/met rep Woody and we were impressed by the professionalism, friendly and knowledge. Looked at the Carnaval van. Returned the next day with my wife after checking out Vehicles at a competitor.
